I've always had a sweet tooth, chocolate anything is my weakness. Lately, I've been looking at the calories of the thing I'm about to eat and then mentally calculate how many minutes of cardio it would cost me. If I eat it, I do the cardio and realize it wasn't worth it. 1 minute of mouthgasm for up to 1 hour of cardio It's a huge deterrent when you think about it this way
