Buying sight unseen When I say it’s super important to see a house in person - I mean it. 9/10 people tell me the house looks nothing like the photos, or what it looks waaaay better in photos than in real life.

What is a Condo? People usually think of apartments when they hear the word Condo- but it actually refers to the style of ownership, not the type of house. Condos are popular in bungalow townhomes, Row Townhomes and even in some newer detached subdivisions.
