When the core action that proves your product works is delayed, early momentum fades. Motivation weakens before engagement builds. Even short waits compound into hesitation. That was the friction inside AURUM’s legal-tech platform, Astrea. Legal clippings, the essential input required for lawyers to use the platform, could take up to 48 hours to become available. This delay meant users had to wait before experiencing the platform’s primary value. To address this, AURUM followed a structured experimentation roadmap, refining the journey step by step, then tested instant processing of the first legal clipping via API integration. The impact was decisive: 📈105% lift in activation rate 📈300% overall activation growth (1% to 4%) 📈125% increase in core engagement This was not simply a UX polish.
