VWU Men’s and Women’s Golf

Juliette was named Golfer of the Week in the ODAC. Her runner up finish also broke two school records for lowest 18 and 36 hole totals. 73-74. Juliette is now ranked #73 in the nation.

It was a great weekend down in Ocean Isle Beach, NC. Great family meal sponsored by the Sbardella family. Love some home cooking. Good meals translate into great play. So proud of these teams.

SCHOOL RECORD BROKEN! Our women brought a first and second team to Cacapon State Park in WV this weekend. First team was led by Juliette Coffey with a T-2 finish with Emily Stedam firing 75 on day 2 to help the team! Sophia Simiele led the second team with a solid 78 on day 2.

2026 Men’s commit! When he came to campus he told me “nobody will outwork me.” Knew we needed him to be a Marlin! Truly great addition to our program.

Congratulations to Steven Harper who was recognized today by the GCAA as an All American Scholar Athlete. Steven is our 2nd All American Scholar and demonstrated tremendous leadership. Steven will be back this year as our assistant coach.
