If we're going for takeaways as to things Gladstone looks for besides the obvious (intangibly rich, ecosystem, etc.) I think you can clearly see experience, the senior bowl, position/role versatility, and ST impact. Every single prospect drafted after Hunter went to the senior bowl. Ransaw played 49 games, starting 31, and gives a ton of CB/S versatility. Milum played 47 games, starting 43. Played both tackle positions in college, played guard at the senior bowl, projects to guard. Tuten played 46 games, starting 35. Was a kick returner, including 2 KO returned for TDs. Kiser played 69 games, starting 34. Voted the team's top LB at the senior bowl. 975 career snaps on special teams. McLeod played 54 games, starting 26. Gives versatility at both off-ball LB as well as edge rusher. Lane was a 4-year starter. 547 career snaps on special teams. Gladstone particularly emphasized his ST tape. Monheim played 52 games, starting 46. Played all over the OL, with 18 starts at RT, 12 at LT, 12 at C, and 4 at RG. Allen played 39 games, starting 27. Has versatility in the pass game, known for his pass blocking, and played 122 snaps lined up at WR.

Congratulations VWU Cross Country! In their last meet of the regular season, the women finish 7th (with 100% of the team PRing!) and the men finish 8th in the conference. Great work teams! Good job making VWU proud this season with all of your hard work 🐟
