Just wanted to warn anyone who might be thinking about working with @mommysmangos12. On June 26, I was asked to make a clothing design for them. We agreed on a price of $35, so I completed the work and sent it over. They told me they would pay me on June 30, but that day came and went with no payment. Since then, I've reached out multiple times and have been ignored, even while they've been active on Discord. At this point, I don't have any reason to believe they're going to follow through on what they promised. I've put together the screenshots and other evidence here so people can see the situation for themselves: drive.google.com/drive/folders/… I'm posting this because I don't want other designers or freelancers ending up in the same position. If you're considering working with this individual, I'd strongly recommend getting paid upfront or using a payment method that offers buyer/seller protection. I genuinely hope they make this right, but until then, I think people deserve to know what my experience has been.
