Great pleasure to perform a mini PNL proc. with suctioning sheath during 13.MEMIS meeting for a hard renal stone (22 mm, HU:1800).Thulium fiber laser was used and the Tx took only 35 min. Cordial thanks to my dear stone brother @IliyaSaltirov and his team for superb hospitality.
