If you have already a fund that utilises ESG or sustainability related terms in the name, the guidelines will apply for those funds after six months from the application date of the guidelines.

For funds newly created after the date of application of the guidelines, these will be immediately applicable.

#ESMA just released the final report containing the guidelines on the use of #ESG and #sustainability related terms in fund names.
