That's how we get a Ramanujan despite half of the population being sub-82. It's actually ridiculous that we haven't been able to find 11 football players of international quality yet. With all due respect, if KSI truly chose to leave the Sidemen, like that? Then that’s just really weird and disappointing. What the Sidemen have achieved is something no other group on YouTube has ever managed to replicate: seven friends building and sustaining a global brand together for over 13 years. That’s history. And that is what is called “Legacy” If KSI was willing to walk away like this before countless of other opportunities or commitments, it’s hard not to feel let down as a fan since day 1. Professional athletes often compete until their late 30s or even 40s because they understand the value of being part of something bigger than themselves. In many ways, the Sidemen are literally the YouTube equivalent of a legendary football team. So if the decision is really to just leave and make a dramatic “sad” farewell video, it feels really unnecessary and immature. It’s just really sad to see that KSI would rather create yt shorts mainly targeted for a children’s audience. And make videos to get “more views than the sidemen” really disrespectful if that’s his goal. Personally, I’m not worried at all about the future. The Sidemen have built something far bigger than any one individual. If KSI genuinely wants to just leave the group like that, then so be it.
