Had the best time at King University today! Thank you @kyleighmpayne for having camp today!

Hit a 2 run HR in the top of the 7th to tie the game in the district championship. Tough loss, but we’re still going to regions as the #2 seed. We got this girls!! #ladyblues🩵

Ended my regular season with 115 strikeouts. I lead my team in obp and lead with 20 RBI’s. I also have a ERA of 2.3! On to the District Championship!!

Felt good to be back to full pitching after breaking my foot. Worked on drop tonight. Focused on making the ball dive down after it crosses the rope.

Got another one in before 3 straights days of basketball games. Focused on throwing every pitch fast with a lot of spin. •1st and 2nd video: drop ball •3rd video: fast ball outside •4th video: rise ball @VA_Phoenix_Wood

Had fun in the cage challenging myself to create more swing and miss pitches. Focused on making my ball drop at different spots according to where the batter is in the box. Ps: My boyfriend struggled with the drop ball tonight!🤣 1st Change up 2&3 Drop ball 4th Inside fast ball

Got some work in this evening after church. Worked on getting under the rope so my rise ball looks like a strike to the batter, but jumps enough to increase more swings and misses. @VA_Phoenix_Wood @VaPhoenixCordle

Another great pitching workout. Got to end practice with the drill I love!! Striving to beat my pr every workout. Ended with 34 in 30 seconds and 35 in 30 seconds! Can’t wait for this weekend at @ETSUSoftball

Weekend in Blacksburg!! I had such a fun time seeing some of the girls and coaches I love the most! Due to a minor injury I did have to leave camp a few hours early. I was able to retain some great feedback and can’t wait to get back at it!!💪🏼💪🏼 #HokieNation🧡

Had a great week playing 16u Nationals with @AlenWoodTow We battled hard in the heat for multiple days. I ended up with 23 so. Made some incredible memories!❤️🖤

Had an amazing time at the USA class A Nationals in Salem VA!! We are the undefeated national champions 7-0. I couldn't be more proud of my team. finished the tournament with a .381 AVG with 2 HRs, 5 doubles, a single, and 10 RBIs. Love my Phoenix Family!!❤️ @VaPhoenixCordle
