Honestly I welcome when people come to preach religion to me (mostly Christianity in my experience). I like asking the questions that challenge the fundamentals of their beliefs, what their interpretation is on certain verses we talk about, and share my own agnostic ideas.

So I injured my back in October (still not sure what it was) and I let that creep into both a physical and mental block for making progress in the gym. I’m going to recover, I’m determined on that regardless of setbacks, and encourage others to do the same. Fight your battles!
