Hi @EastMidRailway Can you explain why I’ve just been charged £8.70 to change my single ticket (Derby to Chesterfield) to an hour earlier, when if I’d just bought a new single ticket it would have been £7?

And I’ve not even mentioned delays @CrossCountryUK . Trains often 10-15 min late. Late enough to miss connections, but not late enough to receive even a partial refund. I lose an average of 30 min a wk, stood in a vestibule b/c you have no clue how to run a decent service.

The staff @CrossCountryUK are happy to point out conditions of travel saying possession of a ticket does not guarantee a seat, but you’ve taken it to the next level where even if you have a seat reservation there’s no guarantee of a seat. You prioritise profits over customers 3/?

Another overcrowded @CrossCountryUK train, where despite having a seat reservation, I am yet again standing. This time, I could actually make it to my reserved seat, but it was occupied by an elderly gentleman who couldn’t get to his reserved seat because of overcrowding. (1/?)
