Why does this cough medicine makes me really drowsy, and on top of that.. hot and bothered I need to stop being sick, the amount of embarrassing things I've said- ugh..

Stream didn't go so good... Runs were bad, was told my voice sounded dumb and that i'm bad at speaking from a rude viewer who i should ignore but i've been told that before a few times already and it's kind of a sore spot for me. Sorry I try my best but sometimes i trip over my words, sometimes i talk too fast and i don't always know what to say. I know it's a flaw that probably turns people off from my streams and i'm working to improve it. Please be respectful to other people's issues.
