@baby_x_wolf @CANehaNiharika If you would have sold a 3600 Pe you would have to take delivery at 3600 if the option expires ITM irrespective of the price at expiry so you would need 3600 x 200 . The 1.53 lacs is margin which may not be in cash. You would need 7.2L cash to take delivery

Sold 3600PE of Persistent Systems for June series based on Technical Analysis and Options data. Capital deployed: 1.53 lakhs Either of the two situations may happen: 1. The Put option may expire OTM, giving a profit of 39000. 2. The stock may go down and the Put expiries ITM.
