I am so sorry to burst everyone’s bubble. But this isn’t a shortcut for you to become partner just because you have a Twitter following. It’s for NON streamers to come to Twitch. It’s always been a thing. It’s just now it has a new page for it.

@zachbussey Zach can you go out and clarify to ppl that this is not a new thing to get partnered when you big on another platform... so many ppl are freaking out that they are "handing out" partner now. Since this has been a thing for years

Twitch has a new recruitment page that fast-tracks creators to get Twitch Partner. Creators with followings on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter, or Snapchat are asked to enter their follower counts and usernames. Twitch will then reach out if you are a good fit.

@MydiaStardream Hasn't been updated since last year and ik this was a thing before I got partnered in 2022. Just had to manually apply. This is a website to go "how many followers you have? Ok we want you!"

Imagine this. Youve been working hard for three years, achieving the requirements for partner multiple times, and got denied SEVEN TIMES before finally getting approved after three consecutivemonths of ~80-90 avg every stream. Then they just decide theyre giving that reward away
