@MalphasStyx I see it as half pants with slit. It seems like it would make more sense to put a twist on the usual cheeky clothing Bayo would wear, instead of the flash of skin, you get this dramatic arch of fabric everytime she moves

I WILL be ignoring all my current WIPs to draw that new Bayonetta design immediately. It's too gorgeous. I need to make a wallpaper for myself so I can see it everyday

@angels4ever__ Yup, we don't know how far off the international drop is but this one is just for the Japanese market. I would expect at least a few months though, to manufacture and get ready for export

@Valemi_Bird Is it the same stock numbers? I’ve never experienced an iijan drop so idk how it works but from what I’m gathering international wallets r safe at least for a few months?

OK so as far as I'm aware the preorders for the Japanese fans are available now, but international fans will have to wait. Considering the release date is August 2026 for the jpn fans, would that put international at around Dec or 2027? I wonder

Is anyone else reserving the new Bayonetta items linked in the article? I'm kind of confused, are these iijan products?

@VS_Lilith @madama_luna Yup, though the main diff is during big orders it usually benefits you to order from the merchant directly to the forwarding warehouse. Proxies can charge a LOT more than merchants for the intermediate shipping & you can get points/bonuses for ordering directly. Little benefits!

@Valemi_Bird @madama_luna I believe they're one and the same fowarders/proxies, buyee is the most known but as you said fees are high, fromjapan is what I use now and they'll ship anything/consolidate items as well. (they shipped my bayo pachislot so they deal with big items too)

@VS_Lilith @madama_luna Just chiming in, if you're going to use a proxy you might want to use something other than buyee if you get a large amount of items, the separate postal charge is quite scary for that. A forwarding service is usually a little better for big packages.

@madama_luna @Valemi_Bird Yep you can use a proxy like fromjapan/buyee (they reccomend worldshopping but the fees are fucked). I think theres also an international shop that'll have them in the future but they haven't said yet

This new Bayonetta 2 design... it's perfect. More unique Bayonetta costumes designed by Shimazaki-san herself in 2026. The alternate fashion while keeping the silhouette is such a treat, the art is gorgeous!

Sorry I'm still stuck here 💬 I've been worried recently that I've been adding too much moon/star imagery to my Bayonetta fan art and then Mari Shimazaki herself comes down to earth with this design... the agenda will continue. Bayonetta queen of the moon and stars is canon to me

Mari Shimazaki's touch is gold when it comes to Bayonetta, I've never seen plushies more accurate while being cute. And to read in the article about Masashi Suzuki's dedication to good merchandise is great because he succeeded! All the merch is beautiful/ unique- we got so lucky!
