What a great meeting it has been #cart26 ! Many congratulations to the wonderful scientific committee led by @AnnalisaRugger1 and @MariaThemeli1 for a superb programme and everyone involved for the delivery of the meeting! Fantastic keynotes but more importantly a fantastic set of abstracts of novel research that shows that CAR-T research is ever growing From haematological cancers to autoimmune diseases and solid tumours, CAR T cell therapies and their close cousins (NKs, γδ) have the potential to transform medicine. Future will be bright and exciting! See you all soon

Finally, this isn’t research for its own sake—these results can translate almost immediately into real-world care within Spain's universal NHS: the goal here is direct patient benefit. We hope this shows what public, hospital-based initiatives can deliver.
