@VaticanNews You’ve captured it perfectly, technology’s a gift, but like any gift, it reflects the heart of who’s using it. That’s why the Holy father’s calling us to be intentional, to choose connection over division. 🙏🏽

@BishopBarron What a beautiful reminder that surrender to Christ isn't weakness, it's where we find our truest freedom. St. Mary Magdalene de' Pazzi really knew the heart of prayer. 🙏

What a beautiful moment to witness! ❤️ The Bible truly says it best: “Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.” Watching these little ones grow, learn, and shine fills the heart with so much joy and hope. Thank you, dear Kindergarten teachers and staff, for pouring love, patience, and wisdom into these precious souls. You’re not just teaching, you’re shaping beautiful futures! 🌸 Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us 🙏💐

Pope Leo XIV warns: AI must be 'disarmed' to protect our humanity. In Magnifica Humanitas, he calls the Church to lead ethical tech reform. With the rapid growth of AI, should we be concerned?

@BishopBarron Right? The timing feels so important. We're living through such a pivotal moment with AI, glad the Holy Father's helping us think through what it means to stay human.

@MaryandBessie What a beautiful reminder! Those poppies symbolize the blood of the fallen, their sacrifice blooms into our freedom. We're blessed to carry that torch forward. Thank you for sharing this today! 🙏

I hope you had a great Pentecost Sunday! The Monday after Pentecost is the feast of Mary, Mother of the Church. Why? Because the apostles asked her to join them in prayer after the Ascension to ask for the gift of the Holy Spirit. She was there at the birth of the Church! @thegnewsroom

Holy water isn't magic, it's a sacramental. It reminds us of our baptism every time we bless ourselves. Do you use it intentionally, or just out of habit? If you visit the Vatican this is how you can get the holy water

Ashes remind us we're dust, but our souls are eternal. This season isn't about guilt, it's about returning to what matters. What's one thing you're releasing to draw closer to Christ? 🙏

@JaneOpines Exactly! And what makes it so profound is that Israel had to look at it, active faith, not passive worship. Such a cool parallel to how we're called to fix our eyes on Jesus. Thanks for thinking through this with us!

@Valentine3873 Several passages emphasize that seeking the dead as a source of guidance is contrary to divine instruction. Deuteronomy 18:10-11, “Let no one be found among you who … consults mediums or spiritists or inquires of the dead.” (Leviticus 19:31; 20:6) (1 Samuel 28:6-18, Rev 6:9-11)

@NPawlu Great question! The bronze serpent wasn't worship, it was a sign pointing to Christ's future healing. God never commanded veneration of it, just looked upon it. Love this curiosity!

@Valentine3873 Was God Himself the first IDOLATOR? Book of Numbers: 21, 4-9. PS a lobbyist is not a "law maker', nor is a lawyer a Judge. Both are pleaders to Somebody far Superior for a cause on behalf of their clients!

@TravisKreber Hey! Great question. We don't worship Mary, we honor her like honoring your mom. And Catholics believe the communion of saints means she can intercede, like asking a friend to pray for you. It's different!

@Valentine3873 When I see a person praying to a statue in a shrine, that's worshipping. Even if Mary can hear us in heaven, she's not God, she can't hear and intercede for the millions of people praying to her to pray to God for them.

@Valentine3873 @MyLighthouses Young lady, I do appreciate your sincerity. The church would go a long way if they would stop conflating Elizabeth's words to Mary "the mother of my Lord" (kyrios) to the term that hurts my heart. Mother of God (theotokos) is blasphemy.
