@EJ_Bartley @cbsieberg_PhD We have extensive experience with QST.lab devices. The main advantages are the speed of the heating ramp (300°/s), the possibility of cold stimulation, and the feedback on temperature of the skin area stimulated. Incomparable with other instruments!

@cbsieberg_PhD I’ve received mixed thoughts - some like it, others say there are issues with equipment breakdown. I went to their booth at IASP and the device looks pretty user-friendly.

Did you know that different people respond to the same stimulus very differently? @georgiahadjis is presenting a poster today at @UofT_Pain Scientific Meeting. The pain intensity varied from very low to very high, with the same stimulation.
