@ClueFPS No joke 5 min after posting this I got put into 3 games against the same cheating group or at least 2 cheaters. Like blatant

The worst part is the game feels like it regressed from 2 years ago. I have been chasing the old Xdefiant feeling since I think the closed alpha from a few years ago............ It was always we are "testing this feature trying the servers out , then the feature is missing from the next test build, flat out playing a older build for a test, or we are fixing this and then the next test was even worse, missing characters, guns and equipment. When someone give actual criticism the devs will either come back with some snarky remark (which can be funny don't get me wrong and sometimes deserved) but they act like they aren't owned by a massive triple aaa company ( some responses are warranted and I have seen respectful comments from the dev's and understand the dev are frustrated with people comparing it to cod, but that was your choice to basically make B03 with no jetpacks.) I know they are seperate dev team from the rainbow team, but they keep talking like they are a indi title. This Pertains To Ranked Its easy for players to complain and bash the game and I know they are hard at work but like come on some of these issues should have been a priority, such as the game not starting if the teams are un numbered in ranked......... Or if someone leaves you don't lose points... Even today they added it when the game cancels if the teams are un numbered, but the team with less players loses points or at least I did ( the same amount as if I left mid game). How these are still issues over a month into ranked that is insane. Not even getting into no custom games............... Gun balance is good, but the factions are just beyond unbalanced. One of the biggest issues I saw was the spider bots being op, then there was a glitch, that let you shoot them when you looked down and that was a awesome counter......... then they said it was a bug and took it out???????????????? Then put it back in cause the backlash but just made it seem like they either wanted the spiders to be op or just aren't thinking. I knew ranked was chalked when my IRL HVAC buddies that are mega casuals told me ranked was easier to play than pubs cause they just run 4 spiders hide wait until their spiders to come back and pray they get a 4v3... The final things for me is the hit detection, delayed reg, some matches feel like I am playing on mars ( yet some severs feel like I'm playing on lan 2 bulleting people). with delayed inputs, empty bullets and the servers for PNW are the biggest joke I have ever seen 50+ ping if im lucky and if I am not either the other team is 200+ ping or all my team is 80+............ As he stated the game will be good and most likely end up like splitgate being a medium community with a big cult following. I don't really count cheaters as massive issues cause that is just gaming rn

XDefiant will be fine in the long run, the game isn't gonna die overnight, But the amount of hand waving that goes on from useful idiots in response to very valid criticism of this awful ranked system and the overall state of the game is boring me to tears. These excuses worked when the game was in closed testing, it's 2 years later and launch was delayed 8 months, were not meant to still be having the exact same issues. I've already accepted season 1 is probably cooked, I just hope season 2 brings a lot of what the game needs to be successful for the long term.
