@valleymetro up and decides to change the transportation programs without notice, people are stranded, waiting on hold for over an hour because they’re so-called upgraded system, is not so efficient, multiple accounts of people waiting on hold for over an hour, to reserve a ride, waiting over 30 minutes for their ride, pick up window, just for the ride, never to come… Haven’t you all heard of if it’s not broke don’t fix it? You’ve taken the independence away from so many people across the valley and for what? At the very least, you could give some competent training, multiple accounts of agents, not being able to explain the program or giving incorrect information, in all of this without an email notice, a letter in the mail nothing?

@valleymetro fix the 61 w Don't tell me your sorry for the inconvenience. Don't send me a telephone number. Fix it. It shouldn't take five busses and two hours to get from greenfield to price. Make a call figure it out.

@valleymetro Route 44, picked up at Angela/Tatum @ 6:58am. I watched 25 people unable to scan in over the length of the route. Happens nearly once a day on my commute (44 to A to 56; and then 56 to A to 44).

@valleymetro does the app work on all vehicles branded Valley metro or is this just a loose cartel of 3rd party operators that can tell me SmartFare means nothing? This is the third time in a week or so that the fare box doesn’t work, and I’m standing there like an asshole…

Due to the Cinco de Mayo Phoenix Festival, the Downtown Phoenix Hub – Washington St station will be closed on May 3. A Line riders will exit at Washington/Central Ave station. For northbound service, board the next B Line train at that platform. For southbound service, board at Downtown Phoenix Hub – 1st Ave station.
