Kaminski wraps up this morning's panel with a few thoughts: Arizona is not immune to national trends. If we outperform in the next five years, it will be because we invest in infrastructure and lean into innovation. We remain disciplined but not paralyzed.

Is consumer psychology more important than economic fundamentals? Fergus: Consumer sentiment is misaligned. We are nowhere near the level of the Great Recession. Rounds: The news impacts this sentiment greatly. Sentiment is trending down, but not matching how they're spending.

What happens if we hit a 50 basis point rate cut? Fergus: We would see renters move to the sale side. This would be the right opportunity for those people to make this move.

What's happening in DC that hasn't made headlines? Rounds: We have an administration that doesn't want to see a slowdown. I would love to see $100m for Arizona's infrastructure. We need to find the right people to make this happen.

Rounds: Reform at the State Land Department and our infrastructure are crucial to Arizona right now. We cannot get behind on roads or energy. This is the state I want to be in if we experience an economic slowdown because we are ahead of the curve.
