How old is you're tea? And how do you feel about that? This da hong pao is about 2 years old, and I feel at the very peak of it's aging cycle. It's not only sheng that improves with age. How old is your tea?

Finally the top of the first flush of darjeeling is all in. Such delicate aroma and flavour, with all the pause the plantations got last year, goes too the quality of this years harvest.
