<90 minutes of deep work cycles <sunlight as soon as I wake up <breathwork in the morning (sometimes with journaling) <walk everyday (I do 10.000 steps approx 8km) <45-30 minutes of physical activity. <meditation before bed. <no screens after 6 pm.
