Saw this from @wyckoffweb's CS and had to state this out for educational awareness. Most people see a $30M funding announcement and think the project is instantly liquid. It’s not. In reality, most of these raises are paper agreements loaded. Here’s how it's most likely done: > VCs don't usually dump the full amount into a team's wallet on day one. Many agreements are structured so that liquidity is released in stages, sometimes as little as 10% or more per year. > Funding is often tied to milestones. If the team fails to hit specific growth metrics, user traction, or technical deadlines, the VCs have the legal right to pull the remaining capital. > An announcement doesn’t mean the money is locked in a treasury. T & C often allow investors to back out if the progress reveals cracks in the foundation after the hype dies down. > When you see a successful $200m raise for example, take it with a grain of salt. Most times that number is often just a marketing bubble before the actual funding is secured for development.

1/10 I promised yesterday that I would make public my trading history to further prove my claims that @solanafunded & @RemLiquidity are scammers and liars (Just skip to page 5, 6 & 8 if you have low attention span) I have downloaded my trading history from my account dashboard from their terminal. As you can see here every trade is recorded clearly, with date, time, amount of buy, transaction type (buy/sell), ticker profit /loss on that particular trade.
