The #VCCzw top 10 demonstrated that they understand the User Experience Design process taught to them by @McCloud581 from @StimulusAfrica in thier last training session and McCloud and Fiona worked with the top ten during the recap session to reinforce the principles taught

This process is a follow on activity from the #AgileProductDevelopment training course that the participants were taught by @McCloud581 in February as part of their business model development @OldMutualZW @zwBritish

@StimulusAfrica incubator coach @McCloud581 took the #VCCzw Top 10 through the process of user journey mapping this week which is helping the participants understand how clients interact with thier product enabling them to see the gaps in thier processes @OldMutualZW @zwBritish

This process will feed into the master plans the businesses will execute and track in an agile manner for the rest of the incubation programe. The goal.... improve your existing business and meet customer needs or launch your new idea! #VCCzw #VCCzwIncubation @McCloud581

The user journeys are put together by identifying all the tasks/actions a user needs to execute in order to interact with ones product or service. #VCCzw #VCCzwIncubation #VCCzwTopTen
