@ValzVisuals The only way around to get clients is having strong personal brand. I don't have it yet and outreach works really well for me so far.
Why don't you like outreach?
Recently I was looking for a client.
I've sent literally 5 personalised emails
Soon I will be editing a trial long-form video for $350+
What do you prefer? Cold or warm email campaign?

I started a project for a big client that I'm going to be working on long-term so pretty excited for that
What about you guys?
I discovered that a good editor doesn’t just make videos look nice.
They make people watch longer, which helps the creators they are working with.
Retention > aesthetics.
As a freelancer, you have to learn how to save, no jokes.
One month you’re making $2–3k+, the next month might not even touch $500.
Build a reserve that can cover you for 3–6 months. So when it’s time to negotiate, you’re not doing it on an empty stomach.
How many of you set goals at the start of the year and have actually hit your Q1 goals?
I just realized I’ve accomplished most of mine.
March is almost over… how’s it going for you?
@stijnnoorman Failure is the scariest thing for every human .. the brain and heart can’t handle it, but to push pass your limit, you just have to go from it eventually
@BakiVisuals Factssss…. College gives knowledge that has been running for years that doesn’t match up with current economy and experience. A mentor is worth the time and effort
