@mstotty88 My wife (GP) has a strong NE accent & she feels judged by it (at work and outside of work). I think it is awesome, defines her and where she is from. I have a non descript accent even though I was brought up in Lancashire.

@LFerri123 In my hands, most of these adjuncts like clips, stents, sponge etc don’t really work. Key is to control the sepsis, establish nutrition, keep mobilising, positive mental support, the patient needs at least 4-6 weeks of extended stay in hospital

We have largely switched to endo-VAC for acute anastomosis leaks post esophagectomy. Over the scope clips reserved for chronic fistulas otherwise well drained.
