@Vampiirebyte an advice i often hear is to stop counting just one of ur meals. u count breakfast, snacks, lunch... but leave out dinner from tracking. then u can start removing more meals, maybe don't count the snacks. & suddenly u just don't count anything !!!

I really wish I could stop counting calories I still eat regardless of them, but I hate being hyper aware of every number

hello????? I've been in and out of recovery since December 2024 but idk something in my brain just fixed itself and I genuinely feel fully recovered now which is MENTAL. anyways eternally proud of myself and all my mooties in recovery. love you guys 🫂
