$NVDIA just reported earnings. Everyone’s watching revenue. But the real question is structural: Can the AI infrastructure layer scale as fast as the AI application layer? I ran NVDIA through the Stravus 8S operating model diagnostic 👇 stravus.io/blog/nvidia-st…

$HIMS There are red flags guys… I’m sorry to be “that guy” But this acquisition appears to be an attempt at buying growth I said the timing was bad, and I stand by that…the company needs to sort out its own house before introducing another one Remember, past performance does not guarantee future results I can’t listen to the call unfortunately but the figures reveal enough This is not the same company as it was in 2023 Maybe I am wrong, but I just don’t see this being awarded a high multiple any time soon with the legal woes and less than impressive growth projected for 2026 Not saying it won’t bounce at some point, but there are a lot of headwinds 2-7% growth for Q1 is pretty shocking for what is meant to be a growth company 15-24% for the year is a wide range which could indicate uncertainty I would be interested to hear your views in the comments whether you agree with me or not What am I missing? Good luck to shareholders Not financial advice

$HIMS 2026 guidance Expecting 15-24% y/y growth in Revenue (2-7% revenue growth for Q1) Now we know why they're so focused on international expansion with Zava & Eucalyptus... because their growth is seriously fading away without them.

Charging ahead is easy. Holding the grid together while you do it is harder. JOLT is accelerating AI and expanding into the US at the same time. That’s TWO transformations! One operating model. Can it absorb both? 8s diagnostic: stravus.io/blog/jolt-a-st…

Please convince me NOT to add $HIMS on Monday. I'm ready to pull the trigger, and maybe even TRIM OTHER POSITIONS to double down. Could go even lower the coming months, but 3B MC is just ridiculous with their revenue opportunity and acquisitions...

$HIMS sitting at a $3.6 billion market cap, just agreed to acquire Eucalyptus for up to $1.15 billion, nearly a third of its entire valuation. Eucalyptus is an Australian telehealth company generating $450M in ARR, growing at triple digits, and already on track to be profitable. The deal hands Hims 775,000 customers and marks their entry into Australia and Japan, two markets they had no presence in before, while also expanding their existing footprint across the UK, Germany, and Canada (entered beginning of the year). At a $3.6 billion valuation this is getting ridiculous. No insider buys yet at this price? That is the only thing that does not make sense right now. 🧐

I find it strange that $HIMS announced this $1.15B deal just a few days before their earnings on Monday. 🚨 My guess is that earnings are bad, so they decided to make the announcement today and pump the stock before earnings push it down. This way, when they get on the call Monday, they can pivot every difficult question about the US GLP-1 compounding back to "But look at our $450M revenue run-rate in Australia and Japan!" Dudum has done shady things before to pump the stock, this would be in his wheelhouse.

$HIMS Is a screaming buy here with +$130 a share being my next multi year target 🎯 We got some M&A news this morning which shows that management continue to work hard behind the scenes to fuel future growth.. Even if $HIMS was to never sell another GLP-1 again, their +$1.6 billion in annual revenue from their core products mean that that the stock is undervalued today. Oh, I forgot to mention that their core business is still growing at +40% YoY... Great value if you believe in $HIMS for the long term.

So you're saying $HIMS ($3.6B company) bought a company valued at $1.15B ($240M in cash) doing $450M ARR and the stock was flat? I get the $HIMS hate, but the stock should've absolutely moved on this news. The math maths. Does this buyout change anything for $HIMS skeptics?

🚨BREAKING🚨 $HIMS buys Eucalyptus, an Australian 🇦🇺 telehealth company active in Australia, Japan🇯🇵, the UK🇬🇧, Germany🇩🇪, and Canada🇨🇦. It's the only Australian telehealth company to have ACHS stamp (high-quality standard). The worldwide expansion continues H/t Multi FVDB🙏
