Most people don’t have a content problem. They have a storytelling problem. Great storytellers do this: • Start with context (who/when/where) • Ask a question → create curiosity • Delay the answer • Drop clues, not conclusions • Let assumptions build • Reveal slowly • Make people feel something Facts get ignored.
