But how do you bring them to justice if they never show their faces? Born in the slums, these bunch of misfits were moulded in the harshest environments possible. Poverty, starvation, discrimination. Things that people did to them were indescribable, cruel, to say the least.

They were called The Vandals. Professionals by day and rebels by night. Rumours of these 25 members spread within the slums. 'Vigilantes of the slums' were what they were called. These delinquents were made up of members with colourful backgrounds and were high up the wanted list
