To everyone who says Trump's indictment is "selective prosecution," this is why it is not: 18 u.s.c. §§ 793e - Willful Retention of National Defense Information requires that the violator (in Trump's case): ...willfully retained [national defense information] and failed to deliver it to the officer or employee of the United States entitled to receive it; There is no evidence the public has seen showing that Pence or Biden did this. In Hillary's case there was no evidence to prove that she did this either. You can only prosecute crimes in which you have evidence of a violation of law.
