@chillipickle7 $PMCB didnt file any Form 4s, even in the early december rally where it hit 9$ - They seem to be waiting for a much larger exit. Also after today the last of Series H dilution has to be complete

$QCLS got the Shkreli bump. Fully diluted is a lot higher with warrants + converts (some of which have ratchet terms). I see diluted at ~25m. They also need to raise cash. Not saying it can’t go higher but lots of people can’t read filings.
