This was the most challenging 10KM I have ever done and also the most meaningful. No one showed up to do the challenge with me but I still ran. That’s one of the biggest lessons life keeps teaching me lately people won’t always show up the way you expect them to sometimes they won’t show up at all. There will be days when it feels lonely, the challenge feels heavy or every step feels harder because you’re carrying it alone. But that is never a reason to quit on yourself. Show up anyway. Try anyway. Keep moving anyway. Because sometimes the greatest victories are the ones you achieve when nobody is watching, cheering or running beside you. JUST DO IT. Challenge completed 😤🫡
