@ShariDunawayMD 24s or staying the whole night shift is ok if there’s enough going on for me to learn- then time goes by quickly! My seniors always sent me home when things slowed down. It’s one thing to pay $ to sit there doing nothing, it’s another to actually receive a paycheck to sit there.
