@Arbiter_W Footnote: 22C after elemental surge can whiff if you're too close after the dash. You can walk forward instead to adjust. This happens often with Toph, Zuko, and Kyoshi On Azula and Ozai, the charged fireball can whiff if you're point blank, so delay the fireball very slightly.
