@jtkoranyi @DrAndreKeil Have had this feeling for some time (really since Brexit and trump as well). That said perhaps the new international history is actually where hope lies in this regard.

@DrAndreKeil I mean the study of academic history. Both the Covid pandemic and the war exposed much of our discipline as majorly detached from 'real life experience'. Depressing.

What a 3 years it's been @LJMUhistory. So proud to be finishing with a first and getting the LJMU David McEvoy prize 🎓🥳 Absolutely cannot believe I got 90% on my dissertation as well 🤯 Going to miss being taught by this amazing department.
