P/D2: De esta manera, queda más que claro que la expropiación con fines de utilidad pública de YPF se hizo conforme a derecho. P/D3: También queda claro que la decisión política de recuperar YPF y nuestra soberanía energética fue estratégica para nuestro país; porque con el desarrollo de Vaca Muerta, a partir del año 2012… hoy podemos decir con orgullo que Argentina tiene superávit de miles de millones de dólares en la balanza energética.
