@Aiyekola I agree , but my question is which Nigeria bank is liquid enough to loan a developer for a mortgage of 30years in 🇳🇬? Also you need to remember it’s business also for any body willing to put out funds , it’s investment and by putting the laws in place its high cost fee for them
