The words are that Chelsea are ready to back the new head coach with:
1. A few new signings
2. Greater say in recruitment
3. Greater control in football-related decisions
It starts this summer. He will join, work with the club to identify positions to improve and players to sign.
I think the club is basically trying to hand the keys to the coach. Because he will basically have the final say over football-related decisions.
