VGK go back to the PK after Theodore gets called for the High Stick. That was clearly on the follow through and looked like it shouldn’t have been called. The Avs got one in on a nice play by McKinnon and Landeskog.

VGK gets another late period penalty with a trip call on Hutton. That looked like weak contact on the skate, but the Knights will have to fight it off.

Rasmus Andersson draws a roughing penalty right in front of the Gooden Knights net. VGK have the opportunity to really put a gap here on the Avs and put this game a little more out of reach.

Dylan Coughlan breaks the he scoring open with a beautiful shot through multiple defenders. The VGK have looked like the better team and look to keep it going.

That was spectacular save by Hart to send this game to the second tied. The Avs will have 1:10 left in the Power Play.

VGK will have to test their Penalty Kill early after a hold by Barbashev with 50 seconds left in the first.

Even though they didn’t get a shot on the Power Play, the Knights have been applying consistent pressure. They look to be on the doorstep of getting something through Wedgewood here soon.

VGK will get the first Power Play of the WCF after Burns goes to the box with a Hook.

The Avalanche have had some consistent pressure to start this game, but the Knights have held strong. They need to get the flow going back toward the Colorado net though soon.

The Vegas Golden Knights appealed the NHL’s punishment in person this morning. It was determined that the penalties - a $100,000 fine for John Tortorella and loss of a second round draft pick - will remain as assessed.

The Golden Knights appeal has been denied, according to sources. They will lose their second round pick in this years draft as a result of not making the team available after their game 6 win last week.
