Cape Town police have launched a manhunt for female suspects accused of drugging and robbing visitors during the long weekend, with a R10,000 reward offered for assistance.
According to reports, the victims encountered the suspects at Ayepyep restaurant before returning to a penthouse in Bantry Bay, where they were allegedly drugged.
The suspects are believed to have stolen valuables, including clothing, cash, and cellphones estimated at R300,000.
A case has been registered at Sea Point Police Station, with investigators examining video footage that could aid in identifying the suspects. Anyone with relevant information is urged to contact police on 071 591 6120.
