@TotalChaosGuy @CoachDembo @BostonHeraldHS It's not just the time on the field, it's the travel time, classroom time and time away from your family. Plus cosof gas has gone up , that has to be figured in, and you take unnecessary abuse from people who don't know what they are talking about.

Scary hearing these types of stories at yesterday’s MIAA Baseball Committee meeting. And I know this is not just a baseball-related problem.

@TomFlanaganUSA Thanks for stepping up. You should umpire! You received the ball so well 28 years ago! You would be a natural. But, yes, we need umpires. No umpires.......and the kids have no games and then get in trouble. Not good for society!
