Going into this run again, I already know the plot twist But it’s still crazy how for his FIRST ONGOING RUN (not Mini-Series or One-Shot) you weren’t following Venom but a more Bloodthirsty Clone of the Symbiote

I kinda forgot that Wolverine just shows up in this run So he’s here now I would make my classic “Where’s Wolverine” joke but he’s here now

I theorize this was the transitional period where they wanted to make Venom a full on Villain again and not just “He sometimes plays the Villain and sometimes doing his own thing”

I always thought this guy was cool in this run He never had a real name besides “The Suit” He was Extraterrestrial Nanorobotic Spiders that made an Artificial Body Suit

Here’s my idea for Venom’s team in Marvel Tokon I call it Team Klyntar Venom Scorn cause she’s chill and fits the theme Laura Kinney cause she interacted with A Venom before And Nightcrawler cause he’s cool

I’m afraid in this day and age, Modern Marvel fans would not survive MvC2’s roster if it was coming out today I’m pretty sure the average X-Fan would go ballistic finding out there’s 2 separate playable Wolverine’s in that game

You think a Venom story arc that’s just a homage to John Carpenters The Thing but with The Symbiote would be the easiest slam dunk ever but it’s not executed well I will say when I first read this, it was easily my favorite Arc this entire run

After rereading most of the Venom ongoing runs again for a thread (in descending order) we finally come to my least favorite and what I for so long have considered the worst Venom run Daniel Way’s Venom

They should put Riot in Tokon and make him a Grappler It would be so funny
