Fetuses also aren't a "demographic." Those contain people, which a fetus isn't.

A woman is not justified in committing an evil (abortion) on the grounds that an evil was committed on her (rape). CCC 2270 onward puts it best on this topic. It is tragic, and the perpetrator must face justice. We should advance medicine to prevent pregnancy complications.
