Reports of anti-Asian hate crimes appear to have gone down. It's not because there are fewer incidents, but rather, fewer people reporting them. @VeraCheng17 Register for OAMHP’s Dismantling Anti-Asian racism workshop: ow.ly/Objt50OEzxo linkedin.com/in/vera-cheng-…

We can often find ourselves stuck when we get involved with emotionally immature people who don’t yet have the capacity and skills to be in a healthy relationship. 👉 Few things lead to more stress than being in an unhealthy relationship. --> ow.ly/leuH50IKnCY

Admitting fault does not mean you are wrong! Instead, it means you are a complex human being who makes up many parts. For example, when you learn how to deal with unwanted feelings (rather than projecting them), you are equipped to respond rather than react to living consciously.

How can you become more mindful of your projections? Make time for self-reflection! This means viewing yourself with curiosity, not judgment. Look at your patterns and notice tendencies to blame others or assign negative qualities to others for things you may struggle to accept.

When projecting “unacceptable” or “unwanted” feelings, it keeps discomfort we may have about ourselves at bay and outside of our awareness. As a result, we shift our external attention and blame others rather than facing our flaws and shortcomings. --> instagram.com/p/Cb2selVsAv8/…

3 main types of empathy: 1/ Compassionate (empathizing through your grounded values) 2/ Emotional (feeling how someone else feels enough to aid and give) 3/ Cognitive Empathy (logically seeing perspectives in order to shift a situation or person) --> ow.ly/nVez50IKmQJ
