Of course. Society wanted to eliminate the “old boys club” of discrimination against women and non-whites, which was real. So instead of ending it, they just replaced with discrimination against men, first in favor of women and then in favor of non-white men. I witnessed for over 30 years in corporate America. Perfect example, my last CEO, a white woman, led a woman’s only leadership development and support group; all justified because of the false pretense of reversing the old boys club that died decades ago. Had a white male CEO ran a white male only leadership group, there would have been lawsuits.

Not sure what Sami is so upset about. Most of those people who had such a text book are in their 70s and 80s now. Not long for this earth.

Now in my 60s, I can attest that American slavery was well covered my public education. What was not covered is how much more of the Atlantic slave trade went to Central and South America, how those slaves were killed off by their owners, and few Americans owned slaves.

Now hold on. Depends on what and when you say it. Screaming “in the hole” is stupid. Saying, not screaming or shouting “great shot” might just be appreciated by a pro.
Point in case. At the WM Phoenix Open last year, Maverick McNealy drove the ball into a patch of mixed mud and grass just off the fairway. He then hit a long iron off that 💩 and rolled it up to within 10 feet. I said “great shot” to my friend. Maverick heard it and gave a smile back at us.
I think it is more valuable to ban cell phones on the course. These morons holding up their phones blocking the view for everyone else for some crapping video or texting all day long or, the worst, talking during the round because something is just more important than appreciating great golf.

What an awesome week at Aronimink @PGAChampionship. Although it didn’t go exactly how I wanted, it sure was nice to post a number early yesterday to give myself a chance. Hats off to Aaron Rai with some insanely clutch shots down the stretch.
I was so impressed with the course - how it managed to test both our discipline and precision all week. It begged us to challenge pins and play aggressively, and we found out early we’d be punished if we didn’t execute. Which in my opinion, are just as major championships should be

Reflects two things. Golf is full of talent today. Aronimink was a great test of accuracy over power, despite what the critics said before the tournament about the course. Aaron Rai is one of the shortest drivers on the Tour and his precision shotmaking and putting won the tournament. He is a great champion.

Today the UN tells us their goal is replacement migration for countries with declining populations, as if it is the UN’s responsibility to manage the population of a sovereign nation.
