Vermeer’s season ends today with a loss to Prep in the final 4. What a ride this last week and a half has been: - A6 Junior Champs - Final 4 of Class A State Tourney - 6 straight elimination games won The heart and resiliency of this group cannot be questioned.

Vermeer takes an ugly loss today to Madison, SD 12-8. 10 errors and way too many free bases doomed us. Howie Beatty and Sam Baltensperger threw the ball well in relief. We’ll try again tomorrow. Time TBD.

Game 2 is a 4-2 loss to Renner, SD Burke Winter gives us 4 strong innings on the mound. James Peterson goes 2 innings allowing 0 runs. R. Olson: 1-3, R K. Higgins: 1-3, RBI We are back tomorrow with our final pool play game at noon. #Family
