Huge congratulations to our very own Jack for becoming a Sherry educator! Jack has spent the last week in Jerez. He has been learning the in outs of the world of sherry, from soil to bottle. Here’s a couple of pictures of his trip, as I’m sure he will fill us in on his return!

Any on-trade / restaurant venues having success with Bag-in-Box (2.25l or 3ltr) for entry or premium By-the-Glass? Wonder if the format works… it makes sense in principle to me.

We always recommend booking to avoid disappointment, but something that is synonymous with Spain is their eat-at-the-bar culture. We have plenty of that here!
